The New Source Book, How Do We Understand North Korea?
The CBCK Committee for the Reconciliation of the Korean People (President: Most Rev. Lucas Kim Woon-hoe) published a new source book, How Do We Understand North Korea? on May 13, 2010 after doing research project in 2009. This book will help people to figure out answers to questions on North Korea such as why we need to objectively understand North Korea, and how the Church needs to put more effort to understand its system in objective ways.
The book describes the true picture of North Korea with politic, economic and social issues in order to be used as a reference. Those topics were chosen by survey conducted on priests, religious and the laity. This book also shows the way for the Church to understand and approach the problems of North Korea.
